Project Manager
Feed is a design agency driven by technology. We help organisations and companies realise their digital business potential. By utilising insight, strategy, design and technology we solve complex problems for a range of clients, from small startups to bigger companies, organisations and cultural institutions.
As Project Manager at Feed, you'll be the go-to person for everything involving a project's organisation, budget and timeline. Your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time successfully. You'll collaborate with teams of developers, UI/UX designers, visual designers and more. As Project Manager, you'll remove blockers for your team and synch with all relevant stakeholders. You'll own client relations, project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation whilst also identifying new opportunities. Your work will be one of the most important components that make our projects successful.
You have excellent written and verbal communications skills in both Norwegian and English.
You have strategic organisational skills that include attention to detail and multi-tasking.
You have at least 3 years of experience in Project Management.
You’re a people person and love to coordinate tasks between your co-workers and external clients.
You love to help facilitating the organisation and processes of design projects.
You're decisive and you create clarity for those around you.
You're highly skilled at program management, scheduling, budgeting, and task estimation.
You have a solid understanding and/or interest of software development and web technologies.
You have the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire your team members.
Bonus: experience in design and tech fields
Bonus: solid knowledge in organisation softwares and methodologies (Trello, Miro, Forecast or similar).
